Your website preferences

The website stores your light or dark mode choice in your browser using local storage. You can remove this preference by clearing this website’s browser data. The application code does not include analytics trackers. Your browser also stores when you dismissed or completed the IELTS guide offer, so it does not keep appearing. We do not store your email in browser preferences.

Your free IELTS guide

When you request the guide, we save your email address, request date, delivery status and optional updates preference in a protected Supabase database. Only authorised NonStop website administrators can view or export this list. Our email provider processes your address to send the guide and its account invitation. Requesting the guide does not create an account.

Study and travel marketing updates are optional and require the separate, unchecked consent box. You can withdraw that choice by emailing info@nonstoptravels.co. Contact info@nonstoptravels.co to request access, correction or deletion of your signup. We retain signup information while needed to deliver the guide and manage your chosen preferences. We never sell this list.

To limit abuse, we store a daily keyed hash of your network address in a rolling 24-hour rate-limit ledger. Older entries are removed when new guide requests arrive. Your raw network address is not stored in the signup database. Our hosting and email providers may separately maintain technical logs.

Hosting and access

The hosting provider processes website requests and may maintain technical logs and authentication cookies. Where sign-in is required, access is handled by the hosting platform.

WhatsApp and email

Adviser links open WhatsApp with a suggested message containing the service name. The message is sent only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own privacy terms.

The application portal

Account and application buttons lead to application.nonstoptravels.co, a separate service. Before sharing documents or payment information there, review its privacy information and contact our team if you need clarification.

Google Maps

The contact page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser contacts Google, which may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy terms.

Sharing sensitive information

Contact our team to agree on an appropriate way to share personal documents. Avoid sending passwords or full payment-card details in ordinary messages.
